	Tony Fernandes - Founder of theUEgroup and a usability expert with more than 20 years of research and user interface design experience. Previously, Tony founded Netscape's User Experience Group, the Apple/Claris Human Interface Group and organizations at Lotus/IBM and Xerox PARC. He also launched various web and software ventures. Tony is the author of the book Global Interface Design. Since 2001.
	Kathryn Moga - Our lead project manager and client advocate. Kathryn keeps the communication flowing between theUEgroup and our clients to help ensure a successful outcome to every project we take on. She has a tremendous track record of making sure that both our research and design projects stay on schedule. Since 2003.
	Sarah Garcia - A usability researcher with a background in market research. Sarah brings business and marketing savvy to the research she takes on. Her unique perspective has profited companies such as Dell Computer, SK Telecom, Nokia and WebEx. Sarah is experienced with onscreen as well as device usability. Since 2004.
	Jennifer Chaffee - A visual and information architecture designer with over 20 years of experience in the field of interface design. Jennifer's career experience includes Hewlett-Packard where she helped to develop "Motif," a user interface for Unix, and Apple where she designed the 3D look and feel of Mac OS 8. Jennifer is the founder of MouseWorks Media. Since 2004.
	Kathy Fernandes - Finance and operations manager with a Business Management Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Kathy worked for many years in the financial services industry developing Quality Improvement Systems. After moving to California, she switched gears to focus on office management and now puts her time and talent into keeping theUEgroup running smoothly. Since 2004.
	Shannon Halgren Ph.D. - A usability expert and interaction designer with a Cognitive Psychology background and 20 years of industry experience. Shannon was the founder of Apple/Claris Usability Group. Shannon's skills and experience make her a valuable asset to both research and design related projects. Since 2004.
	Julie Kwak, Ph.D. - A researcher with a background in Cognitive Psychology and usability testing. Julie is an expert in visual cognition, researching eye-tracking of facial expressions and social cues. Her specialties include taking on large, complex designs as well as quantitative statistical analysis. Since 2005.
	Anna-Karin Söderström, M.A. - A European-based designer with a master's degree in design and media technology. Anna's unique expertise in both industrial and onscreen design enables her to create everything from device forms to onscreen experiences. Companies such as Boston Scientific, NuVasive, SK Telecom and Allergan have benefited from her innovative, user-centered designs. Since 2006.
	Michelle Morgan, M.A. - A researcher with a clinical psychology background. Michelle earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Santa Clara University and has experience in qualitative research, specializing in behavioral motivation. She is a seasoned in-depth interviewer and group facilitator who has contributed to projects for Boston Scientific, Allergan, and SK Telecom. Since 2008.
	Amaya Becvar Weddle, Ph.D. - A researcher and designer, Amaya holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction from U.C. San Diego. Such diverse organizations as McAfee, Boston Scientific, and Southwestern College have benefited from her usability expertise. Before joining theUEgroup, Amaya was employed by Semantic Research, Inc. Since 2008.
	Vito Loconte - A usability research intern, Vito is currently working on his M.S. in Human Factors/Ergonomics from San Jose State University. Vito has a background in Cognitive Psychology and an interest in consumer electronics. He has applied his skills to video production, research, and participant recruiting on medical and consumer related projects. Since 2008.
	Jessica Mumper - A graphic artist who recently joined theUEgroup. Jessica earned her BFA in Graphic Design at the Academy of Art University. Her creative design concepts reflect her expertise in typography, color theory, digital imaging, and layout design. Jessica’s artistic talents are also employed by Williams-Sonoma in San Francisco.
